Our Wines:
- Our wines are the end product of all the work to grow and harvest the grapes. We have been fortunate to find two outstanding winemakers willing to work with us to make wine from our very small amount of fruit. It is basically just as hard (maybe harder) to make 15 cases of pinot gris as it is to make 100 cases. The same goes for the pinot noir. When we bottled the pinot noir, for example, our 35 cases were added on to the end of a day when over 1000 cases were bottled. We are also fortunate to have lucked into a site with so many wonderful positive conditions for growing our two varieties. We hope you will appreciate the unique character of our wines.
2007 Pinot Noir
2009 Pinot Noir-Garden
- Shed Red

70 cases were produced at Panther Creek Cellars by winemaker Michael Stevenson. The wine was bottled in September of 2010. This vintage was the first produced using a small amount of new French Oak. It is a bit ‘earthier’ than the previous two vintages and is Marion’s favorite to date. 750 ml bottle - $29, 1.5 Liter (magnum) - $60.

2008 Pinot Noir
- Garden Shed Red

On October 14, 2008, 2,375 pounds of pinot noir grapes were harvested and taken to Panther Creek Cellars. The resulting wine filled three neutral oak barrels that were aged until September of 2009 when it was bottled. Again, winemaker Michael Stevenson did little intervention focusing on making wine that showcased our great soils and the nice blend of clones that we grow -- Only 75 cases were produced.

We recommend that you serve our 2008 Garden Shed Red at just below room temperature (about 62-65 degrees).

Official release of this wine will be at our Memorial Day Weekend Celebration at Calamity Hill.

2007 Pinot Noir
- Garden Shed Red

750 ml bottle - $29
1.5 Liter (magnum) bottle - $60On September 28, 2007, 1,224 pounds of pinot noir grapes were harvested and taken to Panther Creek Cellars. The result of our harvest was one full barrel and one half-sized barrel that aged our wine until September of 2008 when it was bottled. It has been bottle aging since. Winemaker Michael Stevenson (Panther Creek Cellars and Stevenson-Barrie wine) did minimal intervention and “let the wine make itself.” In this way we are able to learn what is in our soil and how our grapes taste before any winemaking magic is applied. -- Only 35 cases were produced.

We recommend that you open our 2007 Garden Shed Red about 30 minutes before serving and serve it at just below room temperature (about 62-65 degrees).

The release of this wine was May 23, 2009.

750 ml bottle - $29
1.5 Liter (magnum) bottle - $60
